Spoke with Graham on 1 July 2021. He was very friendly and positive and was going to call the next day with the intension of popping over to provide a quotation; however, not heard from Graham or any of his colleagues, nor has there been a missed call or voice message.

The J Symes team levelled and paved my back garden giving me patios and paths all on one level,raised planters and new fencing,even after exposing a collapsed drain they carried out the repair quickly and efficiently. Have now booked them to replace my fascia and gutters.

I asked this company for a quote for a small job they wer good at coming to look at job and giving a quote even tho I needed to ask for it after a week but they kept promising to get back to me to start job as I told them I'd be happy for them to do it. They told me they would do it this week but never told me when and promised to yet again call me back, hearing nothing today I have now given up. If you don't want to do this job you should please let people know so instead of wasting our time.
