Responsive, pro-active and we never felt that we were just another number. Lisa kept us informed all the way through and particularly as we neared exchange and completion. Its nice to deal with an Estate Agent who is on the ball and truly focused on excellent customer service. Would have no hesitation in recommending them and have done so several times already.
