Car was due a full service so we decided to try this place. To say we was left immensely disappointed is the understatement of the year. The car was due for a full service,when we got the car home it had no coolant!! A new exhaust system was fitted. The car now sounds like a 1950's tractor. They changed a brand new themostat that I had put on the car... for another brand new themostat, and they didn't know where the heater matrix was on the car which I find baffling. Will not be going back I'm sorry too say.

Not a good experience for me. They didn't communicate well, proceeding to fit a replacement part without first discussing with me. It was sorted out in the end but there was too much avoidable stress. I won't be going back.
