        Thank you to the LOVELIEST receptionist I just spoke to about my son. She was very helpful and kind both last week and today. This was very welcomed as it's a tough time with him in hospital at the moment. Thank you to the Doctors also. Great team !

        Used to be the best practice! We've been registered with this practice for 15 years and it used to be AMAZING, so much so, that I would recommend them and tell people how brilliant they were. The Doctors and practice staff are still fantastic, but since becoming part of the Riverport group the running and administration has really gone downhill and the communication is terrible. It's such a pity.

        when you get to see a doctor they are amazing BUT first you have to circum navigate a totally rude and disrespectful receptionist who is quite frankly in the wrong job.
