        I've always liked this place, it's atmosphere is relaxing and cosy, with an authentic large fireplace. This is a lovely place to eat and drink. The gardens are natural and spacious. The age group is a nice mix. I often visit there in the summer months.

        Lovely lazy lunch. Expected it to be busier but glad it wasn't. Food choices were great and kids portions big enough for an adult.

        Second time of eating at the pub first was lovely so booked again and my word BAD..! They got our whole order wrong 2 meals out of the 7 came out and they then realised they were for another table so the others had to wait to long for the remaining 5.. the manager is not a manager.. as he should have been straight over.. it really wasn't that busy so God knows what summer is going to be like.. food was dry.. and the east cornflake dessert really!!!
