The vessel could not shift to reverse. We were transferred to a very knowledgable employee, who was instantly thinking with us for a solution.
We could dismantle the gearbox ourselves, and the people from Northgate marine did everything in their power to repair the broken part, and source necessary replacement materials. In 2 days we were on our way again. Top service!
