The instructors were great, all the extend family managed to get up and boarding within 5mins. They were exceedingly helpful and insightful with their coaching and generally really nice guys

Awesome place to ride and great staff. They sometimes even come pick you up by boat. Bonus :)

My only complaint is that beginners are mixed in with everyone else. On a hot busy day you have to wait about 15 minutes between goes, which is fine if you can do it (then you get three laps) but very frustrating if it is your first time and you wait 15 minutes, immediately fall off and have to queue for 15 minutes again, by which time you've forgotten what you did wrong the last time! It seems especially unfair because you've only used one lap if you fell off. They should take a hint from ski schools and let beginners bypass some of the queue. So if it is your first time, DON'T GO WHEN IT IS BUSY (hot weekends)! Other than that it was great.
