        I purchased three products as Christmas presents, all three were defective with seams coming apart. Retailer was very apologetic and helpful, I emailed Customer Services at House of Paws re quality control concerns (I purchased similar product a year ago of good quality), response was a little disappointing as didn't actually ask if items had been replaced or matter resolved to my satisfaction.

        Tried to enquire about products but encountered an extremely rude female customer service advisor on the phone and so I emailed but received no reply! Bought a House of Paws bed from another website with much better customer service. So although the product itself is brilliant, the House of Paws customer service has a lot to answer for!
