Bought a Waterway 56, 2 speed pump with wet end on Friday, but had it refunded Monday evening with no explanation. Check the credit note to see that it says no stock in one of the columns! Instantly went back on their website to see that they it is still showing as in stock, but the price has shot up by 20%

Purchased a cove spa about two years ago, 3 pumps later and a digital screen and hydro jet, I now have yet another problem with the pump , after just six months again !! and now martyn tells me my warranty is expired as his warranty is only two years, but my warranty with Nordic is three years, He has been extremely hard to deal with complete lack of communication, I personally feel that the money Ive spent on this hot tub is not justified in having three pumps that only last six months, each time. I dont actually even use the tub that often and take good care of it . I do not recommend buying the cove impulse tub, to many problems and still ongoing and would not recommend dealing with Martin, unless you want a continuous battle , very dissatisfied.

Make sure you go to Gates Garden Centre not the address on Google map search. A selection of hot tubs to view. Keen prices and helpful staff.

Bought a hot tub in August 2018. Whilst selling the hot tub everything was great and they couldnt do enough for us. However having owned the hot tub for 2yrs we have had problems with it. I have emailed on several occasions. Ive spoken with Martin and text him on more occasions than I can remember only to be told hes trying to sort something out. However Martin has now gone deep and silent and wont reply to my calls or texts and then when I go in to store he is amazingly not there. My number was left and I was promised a call back but guess what. No call. If you want a hot tub go to a company that values customer service. STAY AWAY FROM MARTIN AND LEICESTER HOT TUB HIRE!!!!

Brilliant service. We hired the Dream spa for my 30th birthday weekend - we got a text the night before to confirm timings and the blokes came and set up thursday afternoon. We should've been in Greece so were looking for a way to celebrate at home. Can't fault them 10/10 and very happy lockdown birthday girl here xxx
