Had a few issues with payments getting refunded (which were my fault) which they handled very well. But apart from being a tad slow to respond to emails, I found them very good to deal with and the products I bought (indemnity and emplyers liability insurances) were around 100 cheaper than their competitors.

Great - I found Ryan particularly helpful and accommodating. He was there to answer all questions, explain the process and provide expertise. Previously whenever I have bought insurance services, I really was not certain what it was that I was buying, or whether I truly needed everything that I was being sold. This is the first time that I feel confident that all of my insurance needs are covered, and I truly understand what I have paid for. All thanks to Ryan. It was by far the best experience I have ever had, since I began contracting a few years ago. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone, particularly if they are dealing with Ryan.

Larsen Howie provide an impartial service to clients. My company has worked with them twice now and we also use another supplier for 2nd opinions. Their work is professional and to-the-point. They also understand that upon initial review, if a customer applies their suggestions properly, they are reasonable (if changes aren't completely different) in re-reviewing the final agreement. An honest and professional company.

I have just changed my insurance to Larsen Howie and included IR35 insurance for the first time. Very happy with the knowledge of the people I've been dealing with and also with the speed with which a contract review has been completed as part of the package that I've taken. Recommended as a more cost-effective IR35 solution when compared to a similar package from the 'other' IR35 solution provider...

Review came back quickly and was really helpful. Being someone who really doesn't understand how a lot of the legislation works it was really good to be able to talk it through over the phone with someone after the review.
