The Falcon House Bed & Breakfast

The Falcon is the best B&B we stayed in on our recent Hereford five day treck - by a mile. It was delightful to rest up in such a comfortable well appointed quiet room, spotlessly clean and every need catered for. The surroundings - wonderful birds and gardens so well kept by our hosts, who were attentive and kind. They took us by car to eat at an excellent local pub - and collected us afterwards, as there was a thunderstorm. They made us delicious sandwiches for our walk the following day, and took our bags on to our destination so we could walk unencumbered. Breakfast in their light and lovely space with our choice of freshly laid eggs and the works, everything you could imagine or want in a B&B - this cannot be recommended more highly by this reviewer ( who is usually very critical).

Beautifully placed off the beaten track so you aren't bothered by road noise, but close enought to be able to get to towns close by. The free range chickens are very friendly and will visit your room if you leave the door open. If you want somewhere for a quiet stay and to explore the surrounding area you would be hard pressed to find anywhere better.
