We recently purchased Contura wood Burner from Fusion in Solihull. Service we have received from Simon and the team will as exceptional. We would recommend for any one who is thinking of purchasing a wood Burner is worth checking Fusion . In passing we would love like to thank Fusion Collin who did our installation of the burner. Thank you to Simon at Fusion and Mark the fitter who both did a fantastic job. We were very nervous about having a wood burner fitted as weve never done anything like this before but they were both fantastic. Simon was great at talking through our options with us and answering my many questions. His customer service was exemplary. We got exactly what we wanted, with no hard sell. Mark was a great fitter and did a fantastic job, alongside being a lovely bloke. The wood burner is brilliant and also looks great in the room. We received our certificate after fitting just when they said we would too. Highly recommend and were now thinking of having another fitted by them in our kitchen diner in the next few years! Thank you both for a fantastic job and great customer service.
