Absolutely disgusting aftercare! We had a door replaced due to the original door cracking. When the door was replaced, the old furniture was removed and the knocker was broken. We was told a new knocker would be ordered and fitted within 5 days. A week! 9 weeks later we are still chasing, getting lied to, not receiving call backs and treated with total disrespect on the phone. Our children risk trapping their fingers in the door on a daily basis as we only have a small lip on the door lock to close the heavy door. I will never use this company again and would strongly advise other people to do the same.

I had four windows replaced and a new composite door from The Window Centre, and I can highly recommend them. There was no hard sell, and they were patient while I made up my mind. The price quoted was good, and they stuck to it with no surprises. Although they didn't promise a particular time, the time it took them to have everything done was within what they indicated. The installation went exceedingly well - they knew what they were doing, and got everything in in less than a day. Everything has been installed for more than a month now, and I have had no issues at all. I would happily use them again, and can recommend them.

I found this business has a very good product range including the highest performance windows and doors manufactured on the market. The sales team are experienced and Ray has been very helpful working through the requirements followed up by the installations team coming to take the opening dimensions. These are shortly to be fitted and I am confident that the Euro fitting method for these by teh team will offer excelenty thermal efficiency and look very smart.

Called into The Window Centre to place an order for a replacement front door in the show room you are spoilt for choice many styles to choose from a very helpful gentleman talks us through our options it was good having so many to look at. We look forward to the arrival of our new front door.

Recently had our old conservatory replaced and the result is amazing! Good advice and support from start to finish. Cannot fault the service and workmanship carried out by all involved. Highly recommended.
