I was using this vet because it was local to me and every time I visited with my dog I seen a different vet, someone different every time I went. The last visit I waited over an hour for a locum now my girl is very anxious at the vets and this made her very irritable I nearly left. The last two visits I made I told two different vets her symptoms and both overlooked a serious infection and gave her antibiotics and allergy tablets. I told them she had lost weight and was concerned about a dishcharge but 200 later again was sent home with tablets shes had twice before. I changed her vet and took her to 608 and the first visit she was scanned and diagnosed with a life threatening infection (pyometra) so has been booked in for surgery. This vet is not consistent with its care, they just ply you with every medication just to make more money without treating the actual problem. I will never go back to using this vet again my girl would probably have died if I hadnt changed vets and got her the right care she needed.

Its all about the money!!!! Avoid this vet practice like the plague. There no care . And please be advised if you need to have a follow up appointment then they will charge you twice for the consultation fee..which is 44 regardless if its just to sign you off.. The vet will tell something different .but they do charge .

Had our cat admitted to this vets as emergency, can only say what a wonderful service we received, cost wasn't a issue, just wanted our furbaby saving, which they did, thank you so much for your caring nature to ourselves and cat, thank you

Usually our cats and I have a good experience this time around vet was a bit scared of our cats... Which caused our cats to respond to and not willing to stay in the room or to let her touch them. A shame we can not request a specific person as I know there are others there who are absolutely lovely and very experienced with our cats.
