Everbright Chinese and Thai Restaurant /Take Away

Ordered takeout. App said ready in 30 mins. Turned up on time. Waited a further 35 mins in the restaurant. Felt forgotten about. Offered a drink after 30 mins. Food was excellent once it arrived, although the special chow mein was quite bland and unexciting. Was surprised there were no prawn crackers in the box after waiting so long. Overall, I'd not use them again. Disappointed as they're highly reviewed elsewhere.

Great food, and good portion sizes. Extensive menu - definitely spoilt for choice. Parking: Freely available in the evening

After over 10 years of using this restaurant as a takeaway, tonight ordered food for delivery for on checkout it switch to collection! For them to tell us they have no drivers now our order had gone through and paid for! Due to a broken foot i can not drive to collect! Eventually sorting out someone to collect for me i was told they would not make fresh food i would have to have it as it was after being sat there for an hour!! So you have lost our custom tonight and our orders that can be in excess of 100 per week!!

We order & collect from this place, as this is the only authentic Thai place left in Solihull & this side of Birmingham, so its not worth the hassle of delivery on busy days as a note of caution. The couple who own this place are very odd & clueless at the best of times hence the restaurant is usually empty on weekends when it should be full. If the restaurant makes a mistake the owners don't accept this & refuse to accept any errors they make on orders or on any late deliveries, best to collect in person, good luck.
