The Complete Communications Company

We feel very reluctant to write a bad review for any company, however, what we have experienced with Complete Communications has been a nightmare. We would never recommend this company as we have numerour issues (on a weekly basis) with the telephone system they have provided. We are constantly chasing them when incoming and outbound calls cannot be made and although they are resolved, we rarely recieve an apology or a reason for this. A real shame considering the way things initially started.

Great service service as always, dealt with slight complications along the way and did the utmost get the best solution for us as a company, the new phone system is installed on time with no issues and has really improved how we work.

Mark from Complete Communications conatcted us about a new VoIP system and after a few conversations we asked him to come in and demponstrate the system. I was really useful to see the phones we would get demonstarted in our office and on our WiFi. The installation seemed very easy and we could have our old system running until the new system was ready, meaning there was no down time for our phones. Excellent servoce all round!

Matt is very helpful and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our phone system and he very quickly came out to resolve it.
