There are lots of unexplained charges and you can't talk to a real person about it, serious concerns!!!!!!

Writing on behalf of an old and vulnerable relative, she's 80 years old, no experience with the internet and had never used a smartphone before. She'd been been with Vodafone for 25 years. She visited this shop to get advice and help on buying a first smartphone and contract. The assistant sold her a 2 year, 1GB, 10 PM contract. This is outrageous, there are obviously a lot better deals available if you know where to look and you're internet savvy, she didn't know that this was a bad deal! not only that, they also sold her an obsolete basic basic smartphone for 100. It's taking advantage of the elderly, just for a bit more commission! Anyway, a few months later she realised that 1GB was insufficient, so she went in again.. trusting them to help her. Guess what, they realised that her phone could take two sim cards so they sold her a second 2 year 10 pm contract!!.. not explaining to her that the 2nd SIM would have a different number. I'm gobsmacked. I'm utterly shocked by all of this and Vodafone should be ashamed of their employees.

I have swapped over from EE recently. New phone and new contract. Couldn't get 5g to work (to be honest, it was a setting on my phone). The first time i went in, they just were not interested. Last time, i went in by chance as different staff were on and told they were still sorting out 5g in the area. This is Solihull it has full coverage on the website, apparently. This was at least an answer as i also went into the Cwmbran store, and they said it was probably my contract. Just generally unhelpful and rubbish. I travel a lot as well. I must admit i am missing the EE level of signal even if it does cost a lot more.
