        Not sure how this company got a 5 star review from someone else. They provided the structural calculations for my extension, via email only, with a lot of barely legible scribbles on scanned sheets of paper. When I called them with a question I was answered with disdain and impatience. Now the extension is complete and I have a large crack in the wall below a steel. Called to tell them and ask them to take a look, my call was taken by a lady with attitude who told me they would charge me 540 just to come and look at it. On a property they already did the structural calculations for. What an arrogant and disappointing service.
