Jack Enterprises Ltd

Be very wary dealing with this company. I am having to issue court proceedings against them after waiting over two years for them to finish my software and paying them 25,000 which is 95% of the total quoted. They assured me the software would be complete in six months but two years later it is still not functioning. They have now transferred the project to their sister company Matter of Software and have tried every trick possible to avoid their obligations under the contract. I have now reached the point where I have to issue court proceedings to seek a judgement against them for the twenty five thousand pounds they have been paid to date.

I am extremely impressed with Jack Enterprises; they are a professional organisation with an ethical mindset and a customer-centric approach to their service offering. Very responsive, easy to deal with, fair-minded, value for money, and always happen to take the time to explain a complex technical matter to me in plain English so that I understand the situation properly. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any of their core services.

The team @ Jack have been instrumental in turning my vision in to a reality, no small task when I'm as picky as I am. Work has been completed in line with quotes and agreed timescales, and they remain jovial in the face of the endless little bits and bobs I ask of them. I hope we will have a business relationship for the foreseeable future.
