Sofology Solihull

I would say the best place to find a sofa which is different from the boring rest and they have amazing designs looks and colours. Been to all the main brands and 100% sociology is the best for something unique. The quality comes at a price though. Purchased my sofa from this store and very happy with my purchase.

Very Daunting Experience!! This company never picks up the phone!!! I placed an order and although I have the funds to pay I decided to go for the interest free option. I have 100% credit rating however as the information was entered incorrectly my proposal was then referred to the underwriters.They stated that I would have to be re proposed to which I do not have time to go back and forth to the shop!! I have telephoned now on x 5 occasions to resolve this matter. When you do finally get through I am promised a call back. 4 days later still no contact!!!!!

I would fully recommend you go elsewhere. We have had the worst experience ever. We was told we would receive our sofa within 6 weeks 12 weeks later and we are still waiting. The customer service is a disgrace if I want a refund they want to take 40% from me. Hello.your the ones that cant produce the goods in time!!! Stay away do not buy from Sofology unless you want a long wait!!!
