The sponge on our corner sofa has basically disintegrated. Has no shape left in it and the material of the safa has lots of bobbling . Sofa isnt even half paid off yet and the extra warrenty they sell you is useless on anything other than a stain. UPDATE....emails aftercare team.... No reply.

I ordered sofa and carpet. Manager called me to discuss about fitting for carpet but as I was at work and couldn't speak much i asked him kindly to call me back next morning so we could book fitting day and he said absolutely no problem. Two days passed no one called back and got an email telling me fitting day has been confirmed. Called them and was on the phone waiting for them to answer for 40 minutes. There is no way there were so busy that it took 40 minutes to answer. Every single time i go in that shop there might be 1 or 2 customers just browsing. So 40 minutes was ridiculous. Finally lady answered but god she had an attitude. Felt like I owed her something. She wasn't pleasent at all which you would expect someone pleasent to answer as was waiting for 40 minutes. She had an attitude and never gave me an explanation as to why manager decided to take upon himself without discussing it with me first. Finally got fitting date changed. Definitely will never be going back there as soon as my orders arrive. Hopefully on time as I have seen reviews saying they are late. So overall not a good experience!

Having bad experience with S,C,S,problem,s with my two, two seater sofas after care didn't, want to know. Sofas less than 12,months old,colour fading,had two inspections they said this was normal for that material.we was not told this on purchase,they are not interested ,told us there is nothing more they can do,scs you are rip off merchants con men,done me out of 3,ooo grand ,happy with yourself con men

We ordered our original sofa's just under a year ago. Now we are waiting for the 3 suite to arrive as the passed 2 have both been damaged before we go it. I've been told that ScS do NOT offer compensation in anyway at all, not even free delivery on the new items. I have asked about a refund & been told that if I took that option they would collect my current sofa's straight away. So I wouldn't have anything to sit on while waiting for sofa's from a different company. Don't just think twice but 4 or 5 times before using this company.
