        When I went into Loaf for an initial look around for a sofa, the member of staff who helped me was polite, informative and not at all pushy. When I returned to buy the sofa, the same member of staff was excellent. She explained the process, the service and pricing clearly. Exactly the right balance of professionalism and friendliness was achieved. So far, I am extremely pleased and look forward to my sofa being delivered in a few weeks time.
