I'm not mentioning any names, but someone who lives on Cotford road in the Maypole has a Britannic Security Systems van parked on the drive, and their alarm goes off constantly. I don't know whether it's a rival security company trying to sabotage the Britannic Security Systems Ltd ethos or an incompetent employee simply installing a budget house security system, but this needs to stop. My 6-year-old nans cat cant sleep and is now irritated by the mere presence of the Britannic Security Systems Ltd van on the drive. All things considered, shop elsewhere , unless you enjoy the sound of an alarm unrelentingly pounding your eardrums everynight between 12-1am.

I have not actually purchased an alarm system. However, 4 out of of 7 nights I am rudely awoken by an alarm going off between 10pm-12am. Considering the fact that there is a Britannic company van parked on the drive, it seems as though not even an employee of their company understands how to set an alarm properly, and not have it go off at ridiculous times. Avoid.

We have been so pleased with our experience of Britannic Security. We needed an urgent solution for our office access control. Peter was quick to respond to our request for a quote, came to see us, discussed our needs and identified ways to ensure the job didnt cost more than necessary. He was available after he left to quickly to any questions, we hadnt thought to ask during our meeting. The quote was by far the most competitive offered, having gone out to another two contractors. On the day of install, the engineer Carl, couldnt have been more helpful - did a tidy job, made sure all was working and importantly gave us the training we needed to manage the system there-on. Peter was available after to check-in, to make sure we were happy and answered a couple of questions we had, responding with ease. Aside the cost of the work being so competitive, the experience/confidence of Peter and the team, gave us no choice but to go with them. Highly recommend if you want a hassle free process, quality job and after-service you can rely on.
