This is not a good service provider

The company overall is not a bad place to work, staff and some management are good to work with. I come here as an experienced alarm response officer, manager lied to me in the interview about how smoothly it runs. I would cover up to 300 miles daily with extra duties, alarm calls and no breaks but it was still not good enough!! I had some medicine that did not allow me to drive, so i blew out a shift. However the manager kept trying to pressure me to come in still. He would belittle staff members in front of the rest of the team, I personally did not take it and contacted HR. After two attempts with HR and having them ignore me, i just resigned on the spot, making this job the first job in 20 years working where I've had to do that! As i say, company is fine, but the manager of mobiles is a problem and HR are protecting him???

I was not impressed with their training provider when I attended one of the courses. Their administration department encouraged me to sign up and do top-up training with them, but I now feel I wasted my money because other security providers are giving the same courses free if you have been working with them for over 6 months.
