Ordered a delivery via delieroo. Ordered two salads, one chicken tikka and roast chicken. When they arrived, it was both chicken tikka. Called Solihull subway and asked them very nicely to send a roast chicken. The chap asked me to contact Deliveroo to correct the problem. I cant understand how they are going to correct it. Its subways mistake so they need to fix it. I then asked to speak to the manager, who insisted that I contact delievro. At the moment my partner was very Hungary so the thing we wanted for them to send out a new salad. The manager was incredibly rude - I will not be using this subway again
