Odd policy of putting booking cards on every table for the whole of the day and evening. This is good in one way, but off putting in another. Young staff need training in basic communication...can I clear your plates...how was your food type basics...as total silence from two of them. Chicken and chorizo croquets tasted nice enough, but four on a plate alone? No salad garnish? Bit odd!

Booked a table for 2 for me and my husband, as a late birthday treat. Booked in fine and sat at our table. Downloaded app so we could get table service. And as we was in middle of ordering, a staff member came over and told us we had to move, due to table being reserved. I explained l had booked the table and l waS seated by a member of staff who booked us in. He then got his board out and said we wasn't on there but a lady with same first name but different last had booked. I showed him confirmation email that l had received, but he didn't seem to care. He then went away and came back and said he would have to move us. I said fine. By this time people was asking us if we had wrong table, which was embarrassing. So we decided to leave and go somewhere else. On a good note, we did get a table at tgi Fridays, had amazing food and was served by a lovley lady called charlotte!!

Enjoyed. Had a wrap for lunch pleasantly surprised how nice it was.
