In the date of 03.05.2023 around 12.00 pm I was enjoying a 1/2 chicken lemon herb with a salads and a bottle of water the chicken was delicious but the salad was very old without flavor for a fresh salad I was paying 3.49 for this and I was returned without to have another one or the money back be careful with salad!normal I use Pepes all the time but in Selly Oak that is great!

This is by far the worst branch of Pepe's I have ever had. The staff are incompetent and their food is disgusting. They don't even deserve one star, if there was an option of giving 0 I would. I had placed an order over the phone for delivery. I was dealt with by two different people and had given my details to both times. I had given my postcode using the telephonic alphabet in order to avoid any confusion and had them repeat it back to me and all seemed well.Then I received a call from the delivery driver who was struggling to find my address. When he double checked the address with me, it came to light that their incompetent staff had got my postcode completely wrong. Understandably, the driver was quite agitated at which I felt necessary to apologise albeit that this occurred because of the staff. When they first opened, their food was actually very nice. The past three times I've had food from here it has been a massive let down, the chicken is hard and too chewy and the sauce on the chicken is very gooey, thick and sticky. I let it go the first two times because I understand that it's a hit and miss situation, but now I have been completely put off. I will not be using this Pepe's again, nor will I be recommending!

Great customer service by armaan and Adam He made sure that he didn't forget the notes i had put on my order and took special care when carrying out my food. Great customer service would definitely go agin

Very good customer service by armaan and adam i work in barber and i always get chicken strips and i tried new flavour and i love very clean and tidy shop best pepes in birmingham
