Excellent customer service and the food was very good. A note however that certain offers and vouchers will not work at this branch and only Brindleyplace and Rubery. Overall I would visit again.

Given 2 stars because the menu looked amazing. Lost stars as didnt actually get the chance to eat. Restaurant was too busy trying to close down with over an hour and a half to go before close. Couldnt get the app to work yet one of the waiters insisted we use it and be gone by 9:30. As my internet didnt work there (also why the app wouldnt work) I couldnt see that their close time is actually 10pm! Why on earth were we rushed out the door before we even had the chance to order? Why couldnt they actually take our order instead of insisting we had to use the app. Didnt feel welcome at all - felt like a hinderance. Wont be rushing to return. Id also like to add, it takes a lot for me to write a negative review of a restaurant - Ive been in the industry for 13 years. This meal was for mine and my partners anniversary as we thought the menu looked great. Just to be made to feel very unwelcome and in the way of their close down. 1 hour and a half before close time.
