So for weeks I couldnt get through to Birmingham Office via phone or website to book an appointment, I ended up phoning Solihull Office to see if they could help. I got put through to Sean Moore and I just wanted to say, what a delight this man was! Not only did he manage to help me book an appointment for my baby son, he also congratulated me on the birth of my child and reassured me. An amazing addition to the team and excellent customer service. Keep up the brilliant work Sean!

We had our wedding ceremony today. They was so inviting and friendly. Lovely people. They helped make our day. I would highly recommend Solihull register office if you are thinking of getting married.

Called to register my daughters birth last week. Was told there are no appointments and to calk back today. Lynne answered my call and scanned at me within the first 3 seconds that there wasn't any appointments. I asked should I call back again as advised last week. Lynne must have been having a bad day by 9.20am because she continued to snap at me that I shouldn't be calling them to register my daughter and that I was in the wrong and the information I had been given last week wasn't correct. Lynne called this "just being real" There are many ways to explain something to someone without being rude and raising your voice. Terrible service and a terrible way to represent your company. Registration of Births and Deaths. Really?

I had a sad task of registering my good friends death certificate today but Gary made the whole process much easier than expected, he was so kind, friendly and efficient and I want to thank him so very much.
