Solihull Post Office

This place desperately needs more staff, queues of 30min or more is unacceptable

What a terrible service. No customer services skills what so every. I went into the Post Office to ask about sending a parcel to Germany.I was told to take it to the Post Office sorting office. So today I took it to the sorting office. To be told to take it to the Post Office. So back to the Post Office. Where both ladies said they didnt tell me to take it there. As they know what they were doing but they clearly didnt. I said please just take my parcel and said it for me. How rude and blamed me. It was a large parcel to be carrying from one place to the other. An apology would have been nice for the wrong information.

My experiences here have been always positive. Post office is above WHS Smith. Staff is kind and helpful, so I like to come to this post office. On Christmas there was a nice lady to help you with the checkout kiosks. It can get busy sometimes.

Went to drop a parcel in, no queue and assistant in front of counters was speeding up processes by scanning parcels in without delay. Excellent attention to service, fast and efficient. Top marks all round
