Touchwood plumbing and heating serviced our boiler, including cleaning and replacing parts. Ralph answered my first call and arranged to come round the day after I contacted him. He explained what he was going to do, picked up the parts immediately and did the work promptly. He also showed me the issues with the parts that needed replacing, and before and after pictures of the cleaning work. I would definitely recommend.

Recommend Touchwood very very highly 10/10. Rauf is an amazing guy who has gone completely out of his way to help me at every step of the way. For example, I've had difficulties with my boiler manufacturer and he's taken it upon himself to call them on my behalf to find out how exactly to resolve the issue using his expertise and experience. As well as that he's extremely informative, honest, and clearly great at his job. Would never go to anywhere else ever again. Thanks a lot Rauf and Touchwood! Service: Water tank repair
