I had my breast implants removed yesterday & I feel really good the clinic is amazing it's a small practice but so clean & posh, the nurses anesthetists were fantastic looked after me so well, gail my care co ordinator is lovely & my surgeon doctor khoda was amazing & kind/caring & receptionists are questions answered great well recommended enhance medical group 100% thank you for everything xxx

After 2 consultations this year one being January both of which I stated a condition that I had. paying the full amount for surgery and having a date booked they cancelled me 4 weeks prior to surgery because they didnt hold facilities. 4 days before being cancelled I received a call from a nurse telling me everythings great and going ahead. Communication was awful it took 6 weeks to receive my refund back after multiple emails and phone calls would never recommend this company to anyone. Practically wasted my whole year dealing with them

I decided to go with enhance for my second breast enhancement instead of my original surgeon, which then turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life. Not only the coordinators and nurses, so uncaring and have absolutely no customer care at all. The procedure itself was awful and traumatising. When I woke up from surgery, I noticed my right breast was breeding. I informed the nurse who took a plaster and put it on top of the score. When I got home that evening. It began bleeding a lot more. I then had to return to the hospital and have the implant out and cauterise the vein. Not only was I scared, but everyone seem to be grudge having to come back to work. Two weeks later, I ended up with an infection and was told it may need to be removed. However, they did not care and told me to go to A&E as they couldnt be bothered to look at the issue themselves where I spent three nights. 2 1/2 years down the line, the opposite breast now has a potential rupture and is deflating. When I return to my coordinator Rebecca, she was rude and unhelpful and told me I would need to sort my own scans as the surgeon will only look at the breath and will not accept it to the full. And that I was out of my customer care and would have to pay for another appointment. When I explained about my horrible experience of Very, unheartfelt apology was given along with an excuse every single time as to why it is not their problem. I am now awaiting an MRI to confirm what has gone wrong with the implant from my doctors. I will then return to enhance with the findings. However I cant imagine that they will be willing to rectify anything or any of the damage they have caused me and I will not be returning to them. If I do have to pay out of my own pocket to fix their mistakes. Personal advice and experience would be going abroad as the service and procedure will probably be better and cheaper than paying out for a company, such as enhance
