Worst customer service Ive EVER experienced! Only went in to send a UPS parcel. No other customers in store and the only member of staff was unpacking something. She was very rude and waved her fingers at me to give her the parcel, then told me I needs three commercial invoices before throwing the parcel on a counter and walking off! I get we all have bad days, but if youre not happy in your job - move on! Ive since spoken with my wife who visits the store frequently and assures me the customer service has always been good. She usually sees Amanda, who was on leave when I went to the store. Its a shame that certain individuals can tarnish the reputation of a whole brand.

Staff is very rude and the picture for passport is the worst picture ever i will love to give 0 star will not recommend this place

Went to collect my photos at 5.24pm and the shop door was locked and the staff had there coats on ready to leave. They saw me clearly and didn't open the door. The opening hours are until 5.30pm. Around christmas time its not great to be shutting early when people are so busy. I won't go there again
