I actually have started using Boots after changing chemist due to them never having my medication when I go to get my repeats! My doctor couldnt get my independent chemist to stay ticked so I agreed to using Boots.This time they didnt even have my prescription so I ended up having to sit in line on the phone to my doctors. My prescription had been sent. I went in for the second time to collect my prescription and they didnt have my medication. I said I would return the following day, I was still kept waiting whilst they had to put the prescription up. This was all at two different Boots, one being my own in Birmingham the second at my parents as I ended up staying there in an emergency. Not a great service I will be changing back to an independent chemist.
