    I enrolled on the Optimal Fitness 21 day course with the aim of losing weight, toning up and generally improving my fitness. It did exactly that! Ed and Dan work with you and support you every step of the way, adapting some of the exercises when needed in order to work around any issues or injuries you may have. I found the group situation friendly, supportive and motivational. I will definitely participate again when I next have the opportunity. Thank you Ed and Dan!

    Ive just completed the 21 day rapid weight loss course with Ed and Dan, Ive found the course extremely motivating and with good results.Ive enjoyed it so much! Ive committed myself to another 21day course Ed and Dan are very informative and encourage each individual person to push themselves to the best of their ability! but they also bring us together to work as a team. Im so glad I reached out to Ed and Ive met some lovely people on the course, we all have different goals but at the end of the day Id much rather improve my fitness doing this 21 day course than alone in a gym or unmotivated at home. Thanks Ed and Dan

    Why Optimal Health? For the last few years I have struggled with my weight and energy levels. Im not massively overweight, but the extra kilos basically made me miserable and I was constantly tired. I would start a diet on a Monday and by Friday would have lost a few pounds but by the following Monday the weight would be the same if not more! My life style and the menopause were and are contributing factors, but the main reason was I had lost my motivation. When I read about the 21 day Optimal Health challenge. I felt it was too good to be true. But what I discovered was the package is designed in a way that gives you 1-1 support, nutritional guidance (not faddy diets) and group training sessions that suits all capabilities and all ages. Optimal Health helped me to understand more about myself, that I need support and encouragement. I need a plan that was sustainable without changing my life style completely, and that I also needed to really understand how food groups work in the best way to get results. I also realised that I work best with others, whilst initially it was a little daunting, it has been great fun and inspiring. To also see others in the group achieve weight, inch loss and also fitness levels improve has been truly motivating, so much so that most of us decided to continue. With the holiday season now starting I will have breaks, but I am already working in my diary when I can attend and make the most out of the programme especially with the new additional days and times. The programme has shown me that I have a choice, Im in control and for the first time in ages Im happier with how I look and feel. Thanks Ed and Dan you are a super team. Looking forward to the next 21 days.
