        Had some prescriptions glasses. Distant isnt right. Called to get ask to get them looked at. Lady on the phone. Just come back and put the phone down on me. No appointment made to sort it. Happy to take my money though. Had to call back to get a appointment. Not good service at all.

        Very friendly and helpful staff i have been there twice and have gotten as much help from them as possible. Would recommend and I will personally continue to go there.

        Ok the optician is off sick, it happens! But if you can send a text message to confirm appointment it's pointless lying and saying you tried to ring then changing your story and saying you didn't have the number. Very disappointed with the non existent service.
