ASDA Opticians

Phone the number for the opticians and no one answers, this has been going on for weeks. You then have to either go in person or phone the store who then transfer you. Once i made the appointment they changed the time on the day. I dont knw who is responsible for this is but their opticians is a shambles. I'll stick wiv boots...

Lovely staff who were polite and helpful, in particular Manager Salinder who took the time to tweak the fitting of my glasses (6 pairs) making sure they were perfectly fitted and I was happy.

Delighted with my varifocals. They arrived very quickly and are perfect and quarter the price I paid elsewhere previously! Lovely staff too!

Excellent customer service. Asda Shirley. Very friendly. And I don't understand how people are saying the glasses are expensive. I got two pairs, cheaper than specsavers. And these glasses have anti glare, anti scratch lenses as standard. Not at an extra cost, unlike specsavers, who charge an additional 35, for the same options. Very happy with the price and service. Update. Glasses were ready well before the 2 weeks estimated. And what a fantastic 2 pair they are. Anti glare is really noticeable. Absolutely superb service from beginning to end. Cannot praise them enough. And a huge thank you to Carol, who altered my glasses. She is a credit to the team.
