        My two children attend for their annual eye check ups. The optician is brilliant. Spend time explaining to the children what she is doing, how to look after their eyes and makes the whole experience expand.

        Not a great experience. The manager made several comments on my personal appearance. I explained that those types of comments made me feel uncomfortable yet she continued. I literally couldnt wait to leave so I got up and left. Not very professional at all.

        The staff are friendly and helpful, great atmosphere and I had my problem sorted within 15mins

        I had to take my hearing aid into Scrivens hearing centre in Shirley Union Rd branch for repair when I collected it the authodist was excellent making sure they were set correctly and ensured they were set to my hearing satisfaction very pleased with the service I received.
