        Awful services, won't tell me how much my contact lense check would be before i book in. So bizarre! They have so many different opticians its ridiculous. The reception lady was not transparent about their service charges she was more interested in who i am. Where can i complain too?

        I am not sure how this optician service gets 5 stars. I have been trying for sometime to book an appointment, nobody answers phone or returns the call.

        If you like prompt, friendly, personal service and good honest advice, this is the opticians to go to. Far better than the big brand high street chains by many a long mile.
