        Completely incompetent. They uploaded the same "fit to fly" certificate for two of my family members, using the incorrect date of birth and passport number, never refunding our money.

        A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They say that they try to get your Fit To Fly sent within 4 hours, I got mine within 15 minutes! Simple instruction videos to follow if you struggle at any point. Will be using again if we continue to need testing to travel abroad :)
