Excellent 1:1 consultant! Couldnt reccomend Liz enough! Shes fabulous. I have done Cambridge a few times but having the shop to go attend weigh ins is so much better! Liz is so friendly down to Earth, super supportive always on hand for any advice or tips. She has a complete understanding of the struggle, sets a brilliant example of weight loss goals And sets you up to absolutely succeed. 5stars from me. Ive found a diet consultant and a friend. xx

Liz, my 1:1 diet consultant (also known as Cambridge diet !) Is like a breath of fresh air...every time I see her she is bright and breezy and always smiling. I have lost 2st 2lb in just 9 weeks and I havent been this light for many years, I really couldn't do it without her and the shop is welcoming and comfortable. What else ...well, I highly recommend this diet and especially Liz Jeltsch who is so committed to helping people like me who have lost there way and just need help and support and Liz is that person who will help you ...thankyou so much xx

Liz is an amazing Cambridge consultant, I can honestly say she's been my rock and helped me with my weight loss journey. I would definitely recommend her and congratulate her awarded achievements.
