I'm based in London, I visited this salon to have bio sculpture done. After 2 days gel nails start chipping and peeled off too early. I contacted Chez and sent her photos. She booked me immediately to re-do my nails. When I arrive (from London) her salon was closed.i had no messages or calls to advise her salon is closed. I was extremely disappointed with no communication and the lack of professionalism. The quality of bio was appalling and I certainly will not visit this place again. Its been a complete waste of journey and time, we all work, we have other commitments, so have respect for others too Chez!! Service: Manicure

Appalling. I have only been here once but will never go again. My nails were filed into a wonky shape and and I was cut within the first 2 minutes of Cheryl doing my nails. I also do not rate the quality of the products that are used here as one nail snapped off within the first week when all I did was run my hands through my hair. I have never experienced this before in all the time I have worn acrylic nails. Not happy at all as I had to spend extra money elsewhere to repair my nails.
