DONT USE KEEP WELL AWAY. After taking my daughters car for a full service and mot they said it needs 2 tyres and screen washer motor not working. When home found washer motor working OK, just empty. So wasnt checked properly but mot fail ??. So we looked at the oil level and this nearly empty too. It wasn't even reading on the dip stick. Had to take it to another garage and they put 3 litres of oil in a engine that only takes 4.5 litres. Even when shown the receipt for another 30 of oil wouldn't refund , and was very rude claiming it only needed a little top up. I don't call 3 more litres of oil a top up. Also after saying fitting included with the tyres said ,no we charge but haven't so that's the 30 for the oil we owe you. How can you run a garage like this. I would really use another garage and keep clear of this place.

Just like to say thanks for the work your teem did on my car. They did an outstanding job for a good price. Cambelt and water pump / rear bushes / front discs and pads and full service all supply and fited from 810. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend people to have work done here. Thanks again and see you soon.

Worse place all do not use this place not only did he Rob me for diagnostics Pete and his family members he charged me for incomplelete work and never fixed me car went in and a non start and came out as a non start promised and sworn he will sort change 5 different ecus and still nothing charged me 630 quid for all this work I felt quite intimidated by them so I paid up be aware dodgy garage needs to be closed down they will only open another these con men don't know how they sleep at night.!!!!

smith ford always the best fixed my problem for my ford focus, had a clock problem was showing malfunction went to smith Ford sorted it in couple of hours amazed plus life time guarantee

After booking my campervan in for a timing chain, water pump and full service thinking my van was already for our next family holiday. We made it to Okehampton from Birmingham after the coolant running dry and engine overheating and pressuring. Holiday ruined i had to hire a car and book hotels to still enjoy a family holiday. After 10 days of relaxing we got the van back to Smiths Ford to be told the head gasket had gone took no ownership for any wrong doing. I then asked them to repair the gasket at acost of 620 after being quoted 550 ( they snapped to headbolts and charged me for the privilege) it took nearly a month to get my van back after broken promises. I had booked another holiday after repairs to go back to Cornwall to enjoy the van. Yet again another bodged repair the van filled with burning diesel fumes whilst on the motorway with me and my fiance and 3 year old. We had to pay for a hotel at Weston Super mare and bring the van back the following day. Still leaking diesel via injectors. Smiths Ford i will be in touch Monday 26th July 2021 to see how you will rectify if we cant come to suitable areangement i will be forwarding all reciepts and external garage report for your faults and be seeking reimbursement for repairs and hotel fees. UPDATE 26/07/2021 1500PM ***** I spoke with your mechanic that had arrived at the van to inspect and he took ownership of the faults that you had created on the van. Very polite member of staff saying i am very sorry its our fault but we need tow it in to recitfy give the bloke a payrise for customer service skills. I've spoken with youselves and asked to delay the pickup of my van whilst i have a third party engineers report done to confirm faults and findings so hopefully we can resolve this issue with out involving Motor Ombudsman and trading standards. ***** Thank you After having an Engineers report done via a third party commercial vehicle mechanic i will be sending across acopy of this and will be seeking compensation for the damage you have caused to my vehicle. I have spoken with both trading stands and motor ombudsman and everything will be logged through them. I will be in touch in due course once i have recieved the final Engineers report.
