This is a modern estate agents that isn't afraid to use email to communicate as many of the agents were that I met during the search for my home. My emails were always answered very quickly and the whole house buying process was as painless as it could be. Thanks to Simon and the team I am now living in a lovely house that I am going to enjoy many years in.

We recently completed the sale of my mothers house following her passing. From the first day of contact, Simon was brilliant in understanding both the sensitivity of the sale to the family, but also the importance of completing the sale as quickly as possible. We started discussions with Simon on a Tuesday and on Thursday the same week he had arranged over 25 viewings, with a successful sale agreed in just over a week. It is maybe a little strange and different these days to have dealings with a company and staff that do exactly what they say they will, always respond quickly to calls, contact you with regular updates, and actually offer to help and advise with any minor issues that may arise. On a commercial level, there was also real benefit from the fact that Homes Online have an extremely competitive no nonsense pricing structure (with no hidden extras), they have local offices, and are not a remote online company that are difficult to contact, which was a really important factor in our selection Thank you to Simon and the team, we will certainly recommend you to all our friends and family, and you will be on our Xmas card list.
