We have used this pharmacy for many (many!) years so know how friendly and efficient the staff are. Today, special thanks are due to Sara-Jane who arranged to store my insulin pens in their fridge when I was anxious due to a very lengthy power cut meaning my fridge was out of action. Thank you.

Went in for lateral flow tests and greeted with sarcasm and attitude. I'm happy to answer questions but behaving like people are doing something odd or underhanded by asking for a free government tests is unnecessary. To clarify my daughter is in school and many children have come down with covid in recent weeks, I want to test our household regularly but the woman at the till seemed to be trying to catch me out rather than simply handing me a box of tests so I could be on my way. I assume handing these tests out is costing them nothing and us testing is a duty to reduce and contain the spread. This interaction really put me off returning to this branch.

i always use this pharmacist to collect my medication and to purchase my aftershave. I always find the staff friendly and professional and always willing to help if i have any issue that needs sorting out. I would feel extremely comfortable if i had to speak to the head pharmacist about a medical problem x
