Matthew, turned up at my home passive aggressive, bullying, unprofessional, inappropriate and hurt, yes that was the only reason I didnt call police, because I had compassion for him for not wanting him to sell my home. It was a deeply hurt ego, he shouted some psycho babble about jungian psychology not knowing what he was talking about. I would neither buy nor sell through fine and country. He was initially such a decent human being.

I often read reviews that begin with "I never usually write reviews..." and have to admit that is me all over! However, I feel absolutely compelled to write a review for John Ray based on the incredibly outstanding service he has provided. To say nothing is too much for John would be an absolute understatement. John has taken my calls outside of office hours, on the weekend and essentially anytime I have needed him! Again to say John goes the extra mile would be an understatement. John took the time to ask pertinent questions in order to fully understand our situation and has always explained everything to us every step of the way. He is extremely thorough which is so very reassuring for both the vendor and purchaser alike. He is completely honest, transparent and empathetic. I just wish all estate agents were more like John!
