We instructed Simon on our sale after our experience dealing with Simon as buyers. Estate Agents need to act in the best interests of the seller, but that means looking after buyers. We also had some requirements specific to our sale, which Simon handled just as we wished. We felt he was realistic, straight-forward and reassuring. We ended up selling to a lovely family and they told me they felt the same way about how they had been treated.

Right from the beginning, I was so impressed with the sale of my property with Simons team. The best Estate agents in Solihull by far. They were very organised and efficient, and the personal touches they applied to everything were just incredible. I was kept informed throughout and the communication was excellent. Simon personally was involved throughout and Charlotte in sales progression was so helpful. Dawn was a pleasure to liaise with. I have never come across an estate agent so dedicated, professional and skilled. They really go above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. Five stars plus from me!! I have used Simon for my last three house sales and he has also sold property for my family. He is our go-to estate agent and we would not consider using anyone else. Simon and his team provide excellent customer service. The team kept me informed at every stage of my house sale and pushed through the sale to completion quickly. Highly recommended
