Please be aware that Sainsbury's now charge 100.00 for using the pay at pump facility. today I put 20.00 worth of petrol in my car and was charged 100.00 for it. I didn't get a receipt. when I later returned to find out why they had charged me 100.00 the cashier said it's a new system they are using whereby, you are charged 100.00 until the transaction is processed, which could take 4 days, I was then told to get a receipt for the earlier transaction by inserting my card again and request a duplicate receipt. this I did and ................ You guessed it, It charged me another 100.00 for a 0.00 transaction, so now as it stands, I am 200.00 down in my bank account for 20.00 worth of fuel, AND, it's me who has to just wait for Sainsbury's to process the transactions before I see any of the 180.00 they owe me. I for one will Never use Sainsbury's Pay at Pump services again and in future, will always pay in the kiosk where the till can charge me for the fuel I have actually drawn. yours Disgustedly P R
