Joanne the employee who had served me had been complaining that she had to refund that day - so instead of refunding she charged me and took the goods from me. I only realised once my bank statement had come through.
Very unprofessional Joanne is! Moaning that there were people there for refunds in front of all the customers. Joanne is very amateur, and suggest if Crew Clothing wants to improve its image then it needs to think long and hard about the type of staff they are recruiting such as the lovely Joanne at the Solihull store!!!!
