        Excellent customer service. Visited on a hurried Sunday morning. Couldn't give 5 stars for products as not a great range of lipstick colours (pink) however the female staff member went out of her way to locate what I was looking for & direct me to the till knowing that I had limited time. Good selection of discounted high end brands eg. Clarins. Lipstick shades very old fashioned, needs updating.

        Asked a question on Instagram a few weeks ago, I commented on a post, reply I got was irrelevant to my question, a question that hasnt even been read. Been in to the shop & again unhelpful. Uncaring unprofessional behaviour. With this kind of attitude, they wont get my money.
